Open Hands Community Food Pantry provides free groceries, emergency food boxes, and senior food support to Anderson County, Kentucky residents.

Your first visit

Here is what happens when you come in.

No appointment. No cost. Anderson County neighbors only.

  1. Come during open hours

    Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Thursday 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

  2. Bring your ID and proof of income

    A picture ID or bill showing a current Anderson County address, plus proof of income.

  3. Leave with groceries

    Staff walk you through what is available and help you carry your food box out.

Free Thanksgiving meals and a Christmas Day dinner, 11 am – 1 pm. Walk-in, no documentation required.

We accept checks and cash. Mail or bring a check to Open Hands Community Food Pantry, 1111 Industrial Park Road, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342.

Community event

A community show that feeds Anderson County.

Come out for a day of bikes, cars, food, and family fun. Every dollar of net proceeds comes back to this pantry.
